Special Wine Dinner on the Patio

Please join us on Monday June 17th, 2013 for a spectacular wine dinner!
Jon Grant one of the top winemakers in California will host this special event!

We will be serving two of Jon’s “Straight Line” wines
And two wines from his “Couloir” Label.

Our Chefs (Adam Vickers, Franck Peissel and Robert Perkins) will be preparing an Amazing four course menu to pair with these outstanding wines. Jon’s wines consistently receive high scores from all the wine publications “Couloir” was named one of the 7 wineries to watch in 2013 by Wine & Spirits Magazine.

Jon has strong ties to Utah. Years ago he managed the wine program at Snowbird resort. He is an avid skier and chose the names of his wine projects based on his love of the mountains. When he realized that he wanted to make wine he left Utah, and headed west to work in many of the top wine cellars in California including Turley, Plumpjack, and Robert Mondavi. He eventually decided to take what he had learned and start his own winery and so “Couloir” and “Straight Line” were born.

We are very excited that Jon is going to join us to discuss his fantastic wines and his experiences in the wine world.

Dinner will begin at 7pm on our scenic patio.

1st course- Crudo of Hamachi, Ruby Red Grapefruit and Fresh Herb Salad
