Showcasing one of the world’s great varietals; Barbera.This grape flourishes in the beautiful northern Italian region of Piemonte, And can produce amazingly diverse types of wines.
Brad Jensen of Bon Vivant Imports and special guest Emiliano Morando From the winery Vinchio Vaglio Serra will be with us to discuss this Part of Italy and share these lovely wines. The versatility of Barbera will be on full display as we sample wines ranging from a simple Unoaked every day red to a full, intense wine produced from the fruit of 85-100 year old vines.
Our Decorated Chefs, Franck Peissel (Franck’s), Adam Vickers (Tuscany), and Sous Chef Robert Perkins (Franck’s) have created a Amazing menu that is heavily influenced by the cuisine of the Piemonte region.
